United StatesDisappointing Experience with Poor Communication
I recently purchased the **White on White Mini Throne** for a competitive dance competition prop, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. When the chair arrived, it appeared to be **white wood with ivory material**, not the all-white look I was expecting. Concerned that I had received the wrong item, I called the business to clarify, only to be met with **rudeness** and defensiveness. Instead of a polite explanation, I was told, "This is our White on White," and that the material wouldn’t yellow, but the tone was unpleasant and dismissive. I was then directed to call **Susan**, hoping for better clarification or assistance with a return or exchange. Unfortunately, I was again **shut down from the start**, with no option for resolution offered. I was simply looking for a solution, but instead, I’m now stuck with a chair that doesn’t suit my needs and no option to return or exchange it. I’m currently trying to sell the chair to recoup some of the cost, but the overall experience has been very disappointing. A more courteous and helpful approach could have made all the difference.
