TURNAROUND TIME: From the date your order is placed, until it gets shipped out, will be around 3 days (at this time). Please place your orders well in advance to allow us to safely prepare your shipment and have it at the right time by your door. Thank you!
Lift gate - Necessary for larger orders requiring overweight pallets to ensure safe delivery. 
Expedited shipping - If you need your order in 2-5 business days our expedited shipping option is perfect for you. Cost will be shown at checkout and varies by location.
DISCLOSURE:
ALL OF OUR ADULT THRONES OR LARGE ORDER OF KIDS THRONES WILL BE SHIPPED OUT WITH AN LTL FREIGHT COMPANY ON A WOODED PALLET. THE DELIVERY IS FOR CURBSIDE ONLY AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO DISPOSE ALL PACKING MATERIALS INCLUDING THE PALLET. ANYONE WHO REFUSES A SHIPMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR 2 WAY TRANSIT FEE AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
LOCAL DELIVERIES:
Want your order even faster? Another option we offer is local 1-3 days in home delivery and setup service!! We have 2 large vans, that are dispersed daily throughout NYC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island. Free delivery is for curbside drop off only. For in house delivery and set up additional fees applies and varies by location.
PICKUPS
Order online and conveniently pickup at our beautiful showroom here in Brooklyn NY. While you relax in your car, we do all the work!! "CALL US" to see detailed sizing!
EXCHANGES:
Ordered the wrong item? Sure, you can exchange, as long as we have not shipped out your order yet. If the order already left our facility, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
RETURNS
Returns are NOT accepted, after your order has been delivered and signed. However, there are some EXCEPTIONS for a return or exchange: 
1- If the item arrived damaged and irreparable 
2- If the wrong item was sent
If the damage is only minor, a repair kit will be sent out immediately
and instructions for repair will be provided.
CANCELLATIONS:
You are more than welcome to cancel your order, before it leaves our facility. Once your item has been shipped out, you will be responsible for the return cost and a 20% restocking fee.
WARRANTY:
The lifetime of our products will vary by the amount of usage and care given to your product. Therefore, we do NOT offer such warranties on our products.

Do you offer local delivery?

We offer local delivery in the following states: NYC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island. Orders are delivered in 1-3 days and come with our in-home setup service.

Can I pick up the item myself?

Order online and conveniently pickup at our beautiful showroom here in Brooklyn NY. While you relax in your car we do all the loading. "CALL US" to see if your car is big enough!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

Our throne chairs are all hand chiseled and assembled piece by piece. It is normal to see imperfections or splits in the wood where the seams connect—this does not compromise the durability of the product. We inspect each and every order to ensure that it is sent out in exceptional condition.

If you feel as though you have received a product with an imperfection, we can send a touchup kid upon request.

Due to the size of our products, costly labor, and shipping charges, returns will only be considered for unused items within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be agreed upon by the store manager before any refunds are issued. If you refuse your shipment or wish to return an item for any other reason a return shipping cost and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are accepted as long as we have not shipped out your order. If the order was already shipped out, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Can I cancel an order I placed recently?

You are more than welcome to cancel your order before it leaves our facilities. Once your item has been shipped you will be refunded the total amount minus the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
