SHIPPING & HANDLING
All our larger items are normally shipped out within 7 business days from purchase with a 3rd party LTL premium freight service. The transit time varies by the location (but typically 2-7 days). The freight company requires our clients to schedule an appointment a few days prior to arrival, otherwise they won’t deliver and other charges and storage fees apply. THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE US WITH A VALID PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT YOU AT ANY TIME DURING TRANSIT.
Small boxed Items:
Mini thrones will be shipped within 7 days from purchase date, via FedEx ground service, which usually takes 2-5 days to arrive in most states. Signature is required upon delivery. We provide a valid tracking number once shipment is fully prepared.

EXCHANGES (SEE BELOW)
ALL OF OUR ADULT THRONES OR A LARGE ORDER OF KIDS THRONES WILL BE SHIPPED OUT WITH AN LTL FREIGHT COMPANY ON A WOODEN PALLET. THE DELIVERY IS FOR CURBSIDE ONLY AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO DISPOSE OF ALL PACKING MATERIALS INCLUDING THE PALLET. ANYONE WHO REFUSES A SHIPMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN TRANSIT COSTS AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Want your order even faster? Another option we offer is local 1-3 days in home delivery and setup service!! We have 2 large vans that are dispersed daily throughout NYC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island.

Due to the size of our products, costly labor, and shipping charges, returns (for unused items within 3 days of reciept of merchandise) are only accepted with the managers approval. If you refuse your shipment or wish to return an item for any other reason (with managers approval) a return shipping cost and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
Please note that our furniture is 100% hand made and you may see some imperefections. This is normal it adds special character and authenticity to your royal furniture piece.
If the imperfection is only minor a repair kit will be sent out immediately and instructions to repair will be explained.
Changed your mind? Sure you can exchange so long as we have not shipped out your order. If it was already shipped out you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
You are more than welcome to cancel your order before it leaves our facilities. Once your item has been shipped you will be refunded the total amount minus the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Not so sure how long it will last? The lifetime of our products will vary by the amount of usage and care given to your product, therefore we do NOT offer any warranties of such.
