We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee and you are also responsible to pay the return shipping fee. The cost is typically more than what you paid to ship from us to you. These costs will be deducted from your total refund 48 hours after we receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR ITEMS ARE ALL HAND CARVED FROM GRADE A MAHOGANY WOOD. 

EACH AND EVERY ORDER IS CAREFULLY INSPECTED TO ENSURE THAT IT IS SHIPPED OUT IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION.

DUE TO ITS HANDMADE NATURE IT IS NORMAL TO SEE SOME IMPERFECTIONS. AT TIMES YOU MAY ALSO SEE A SPLITTING IN THE WOOD WHERE THE SEAMS CONNECT AND MAY HAVE SEPARATED DURING TRANSIT. TO BE CLEAR, THE ITEM IS NOT COMPROMISED AND WILL CONTINUE TO UPHOLD ITS INTEGRITY. WE STAND BY THE QUALITY OF WOOD USED TO COMPOSE EVERY SINGLE ITEM.

UPON THE NOTICE OF AN IMPERFECTION OR SPLIT IN THE WOOD, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM AND WE WILL SEND OUT A FREE REPAIR KIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you notice any damage to the packaging. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, email us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
