Todos nuestros artículos más grandes se envían normalmente dentro de los 7 días hábiles posteriores a la compra con un servicio de transporte premium LTL de terceros. El tiempo de tránsito varía según la ubicación, pero las entregas generalmente se realizan dentro de los 2 a 7 días. La empresa de transporte requiere que nuestros clientes programen una cita unos días antes de la llegada; de lo contrario, no realizarán la entrega y se aplicarán otros cargos y tarifas de almacenamiento. El cliente debe proporcionarnos un número de teléfono válido para comunicarnos con usted en cualquier momento durante el tránsito.

Los mini tronos se enviarán dentro de los 7 días a partir de la fecha de compra, a través del servicio terrestre de UPS, que generalmente demora entre 3 y 5 días en llegar a la mayoría de los estados. Se requiere firma al momento de la entrega. Brindamos un número de seguimiento válido una vez que el envío está completamente preparado.

Do you offer local delivery?
We offer local delivery in the following states: NYC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island. Orders are delivered in 1-3 days and come with our in-home setup service.
Can I pick up the item myself?
Order online and conveniently pickup at our beautiful showroom here in Brooklyn NY. While you relax in your car we do all the loading. "CALL US" to see if your car is big enough!

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted as long as we have not shipped out your order. If the order was already shipped out, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Can I cancel an order I placed recently?
You are more than welcome to cancel your order before it leaves our facilities. Once your item has been shipped you will be refunded the total amount minus the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Do you offer a warranty?
The lifetime of our products will vary by the amount of usage and care given to your product, therefore we do NOT offer any warranties.
