Palletized items

All our larger items are normally shipped out within 7 business days from purchase with a 3rd party LTL premium freight service. The transit time varies by the location but deliveries are typically made within 2-7 days. The freight company requires our clients to schedule an appointment a few days prior to arrival, otherwise they won’t deliver and other charges and storage fees apply. The customer must provide us with a valid phone number to contact you at any time during transit.

Small boxed Items

Mini thrones will be shipped within 7 days from purchase date, via UPS ground service, which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive in most states. Signature is required upon delivery. We provide a valid tracking number once shipment is fully prepared.
