I would like to express how extremely satisfied I was. When I ordered my chair it was not in stock but could be ordered, I did pay for it online and I was a little concerned but then I received a phone call from Mrs. Susan assuring that I would get it in time. Now i did order months in advance and it did take about 4 months but only because they had to ship it. Mrs. Susan always answered my calls and was let me know all the steps and every time something changed. the day they shipped my chair i received it in less than a week, from Brooklyn NY to Louisiana. Thank you for wonderful service!
