RECEIVED WRONG ORDER

I ordered a SPECIFIC chair from this company and received a “similar” chair in a different color! IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL CHAIR BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! when I reached out to correct my order I was hassled and haggled as to why I couldn’t just “work” with this chair..the lady I spoke to told me that if I received a beautiful chair then she couldn’t understand why i was unsatisfied. LONG STORY SHIRT..I accepted a partial refund (BUT HAD TO BID OUT AN APPROPRIATE REFUND AMOUNT) they kept offering only 10% off at first!!!!…. They lady also let me know that some chairs on the website ARE NO LONGER IN STOCK AND THEY SHIP SIMILAR ITEMS IF NEED BE..ORDER WITH CAUTION Cute chair BUT definitely not what I ordered!..they should have notified me before shipping!
